Feng Shui Enhancement for corporate office and warehouse

This case is a Feng Shui Consultation for a corporate in Metal Working Machinery industry. This company is about to expand into new business ventures while reinforce the competitive ability in the current business arena. A new office building with a new warehouse are required to support this expansion.

CY started giving consults to this project after the building blueprints were finished. The office resides in a 3 story building which is attached to the warehouse in the rear.  The land is trapezoid in shape, the front edge is shorter than the sides so the building is forced to be built parallel to the side edges of the land, facing the main street.

One of the major recommendations was to adjust the position and angle of the office entrance.  

• The combination of the auspicious Water star and the auspicious Mountain star, 8 – 8, resides in the facing (front) palace of the building where the entrance is located, this is highly favorable for wealth. Even the 8 Mountain star does not reside in the sitting (rear) palace as it should be, it does not lose the ability to promote occupant’s health and power that much because the Earth Elements of the 8 water star supports the Earth element of the 8 mountain star.
• The 64 Hexagram is the Combination of Ten Formation which is great for wealth.
• The 60 dragon, the 72 dragon and the 120 dragon are all of good selections.

    

·      CY also recommended the rooms and desks positions of the company’s owner and the management team. The sitting directions are derived from the art of Bazi Analysis. For the inauspicious area of the building, CY deployed the cycles of the Elements Method (the Production cycle, the Destruction or Control cycle and the Reduction cycle of the 5 Elements) to reduce the power of the inauspicious stars such as the 2 black and the 5 yellow stars.

Feng Shui Enhancement for Residence

This case was an under construction 2 story house Feng Shui Enhancement. The house was divided into sections to afford privacy of each function room, while maintaining a connection to the other. The house was modern designed, cozy, functional and very much pretty but quite a bit difficult to enhance Feng Shui. A preferable house, Feng Shui wise, is a square shape house in which Qi is balanced.

According to the original plan, the main door was about to be located on the north side of the living room, the entrance section of the house. Even the main door’s angle was leading to a good quality flying star chart, the position of the main door, unfortunately, was at the very wrong palace. The house would have been missing the great benefits of the period star (8 white), if the decision was to continue using that formation, the occupants would have been suffered from illness and financial difficulty.

CY was hired as a Feng Shui consultant when the house was approximately at 70% of it’s construction life cycle. One of the recommendations was to move the door to the east side of the living room which was the front side of the house. The main door or entrance is the key to Feng Shui Enhancement of every house because it’s the way through which Qi gets in. The new given door position and angle resulted in;

• The 8 Water star sits in facing (front) palace of the house where the main door is located, this is favorable for wealth.
• The 8 Mountain star sits at the sitting (rear) palace of the house, this is favorable for health and family relationship.
• The 64 Hexagram formation is the 7 star Rob Wealth, which is the most powerful wealth-favor formation.
• The 60 dragon, the 72 dragon and the 120 dragon are all of good selections.

This house was analyzed and enhanced with essential Feng Shui techniques, Flying Star and 64 Hexagram of the great Xuan Kong school of Feng Shui. The Feng Shui quality has significantly changed  compare with the original formation.
